Who Can Use Steward CONNECT?
Steward CONNECT is available to all patients who have received care at a Steward Health Care facility or provider. This includes hospitals, medical groups, and various other practices.
How to Log In to StewardCONNECT
Visit the StewardCONNECT Website:
- Go to the official Steward CONNECT website: https://www.stewardmedicalgroup.org/patient-portal
Choose the Right Option:
- If you’ve never used Steward CONNECT before, click “Set up a new account.”
- If you have a previous account (from before July 2022), click “Set up a new account” as well.
- If you’ve set up a new account since July 2022, click “Sign In.”
Follow the Instructions:
- New Users/Updating Account: Follow the prompts to create a new username and password. You may need information like your medical record number or date of birth for verification.
- Returning Users: Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields.
- Access Your Portal: Once you’ve successfully logged in, you’ll be taken to your personal Steward CONNECT dashboard.
